Full Spectrum Lighting
Full spectrum lighting is creating a buzz in the sewing community. It is the best simulation of daylight available, reducing eye fatigue. It is also known as true color lighting because it is true clear light which does not distort color.

I am a 46 yr old mother and grandmother who sews. I have a room, fabric, and machine, but can't seem to get organized enought to produce, I have colorectal cancer, and am on chemo. I am alone and my children do not live close. Could you please help me with some ideas that do not require money, I am doing this to try to make money for my medicine and other daily needs.
